Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake salmon steaks in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can immediately buy pink salmon in the form of steaks or take a whole one and cut it into pieces yourself. Rinse the salmon steaks in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice with salt and spices. As a spice, I use a ready-made set of spices for fish.
Step 3:
Add vegetable oil and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients.
Step 4:
Dip each pink salmon steak in the resulting sauce so that it covers it from all sides.
Step 5:
Prepare any heat-resistant mold for baking. It can be metal, glass or ceramic. I use ceramic. Cover the bottom of the mold with a sheet of foil and put the pink salmon steaks prepared for baking on it.
Step 6:
Cover the top with another sheet of foil and tuck the edges. Place the fish pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The baking time will depend on the power of the oven and the size of the steaks themselves.
Step 7:
10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the top sheet of foil and leave the fish in the oven so that it browns a little.
Step 8:
Juicy, delicious and very appetizing pink salmon steaks are ready! Transfer them to a plate and serve them to the table. Supplement the baked fish with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
For baking pink salmon, a very good option is to use foil. Fish baked in a closed form retains all the juices inside. Such a dish can be included in the festive menu.
When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a rather salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk over-salting.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
