Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. The aroma of honey when baking will be very bright, so those who do not really like it, it is better to reduce the amount of honey, or exclude it altogether.
Step 2:
Cut the ribs into pieces. It is not worth cutting one rib at a time, because because of this the meat will dry very much. Place in a baking dish or a large bowl.
Step 3:
Mix honey, soy sauce and pepper in a separate bowl. Mix it up. It is not necessary to add salt, it turns out optimally in salinity.
Step 4:
Pour the prepared ribs with marinade, stirring evenly. Cover the mold with foil. Put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours or more, turning it over periodically.
Step 5:
Bake for about an hour in a preheated oven to 180 gr. Serve hot. Potatoes, rice, pasta are suitable for garnish. If desired, add tomato sauce or ketchup.
