Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken fillet chops in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take the chicken fillet chilled, which has not been frozen. Otherwise, when defrosting, the meat will lose a lot of juice, and the chops will turn out dry. Tomatoes can be used red or yellow, as long as they are delicious.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. Place each fillet on a kitchen board, cover with cling film and beat off with a cooking hammer. Why cover with a film? With the film covered, the edges of the beaten meat will not tear and splashes from the meat will not fly around the kitchen.
Step 3:
Prepare a baking sheet for baking meat. Cover it with cooking paper. It is better not to use foil for this purpose, as it sticks to the finished dish and spoils the look. Put the beaten meat on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle each piece with a little salt and spice. As a spice, it will be enough to use ground pepper. Brush each chop with a little mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Wash tomatoes well from dirt, cut out the place of the peduncle and cut into circles. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the prepared meat.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater. You can use any cheese to your liking, the main thing is that it melts well.
Step 6:
Sprinkle each chop liberally with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven. During the baking process, juice will be released from the meat and by the end of baking it will begin to fry. The cheese on the chops will completely melt and become golden in color.
Step 7:
Remove the finished chops from the oven and place them on prepared plates. Serve the dish, supplemented with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
Mushrooms can be added to the composition of such chops. They can be both natural forest and canned champignons.
Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
