Step 1:
So we take minced meat, I have mixed (beef and pork), onion, egg, rice.
Step 2:
Peel and grind the onion. You can also grate it on a grater or on a meat grinder.
Step 3:
Mix minced meat, egg, onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4:
Boil the rice until ready in advance.
Step 5:
Add the rice and mix the minced meat very well.
Step 6:
We form such koloboks. We try to do everything the same. I do them with wet hands, it's so convenient. We put our meatballs on a sheet, covered with paper.
Step 7:
Put in the preheated oven to 180g for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
We take out the finished ones and let them cool down. We serve them with buckwheat, potatoes or pasta. Enjoy your meal.
