Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pizza with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. As mushrooms, you can use forest mushrooms (boil them in advance) or champignons.
Step 2:
Combine warm water, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Stir until the yeast begins to dissolve.
Step 3:
Add olive oil. Sift the flour through a sieve and gradually pour it into a bowl, knead the dough.
Step 4:
The dough should become soft, plastic and not sticky to the hands, so the amount of flour should be guided by the consistency of the dough. Cover the finished dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour so that it fits.
Step 5:
At this time, combine tomato paste, vegetable oil and water for the sauce. Add garlic passed through a press, a pinch of sugar and dried herbs. The ideal option would be oregano or basil.
Step 6:
Wash the champignons and cut them into plates. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 7:
Divide the dough that has come up into 2-3 pizzas. Roll out the dough thinly on parchment and brush with tomato sauce. Put the dough in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 5 minutes. During this time, the dough will bake a little, and the sauce will dry out. Thanks to this, the pizza with the filling will not be wet, and the dough will be slightly crispy.
Step 8:
Rub the cheese on the hot cake, put the mushrooms and tomatoes.
Step 9:
Rub some more cheese on top. Sprinkle with dried basil. Put the pizza in the oven for another 8-10 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking according to your oven.
Step 10:
Remove the finished pizza from the oven, cool it a little and serve it to the table. Decorate the pizza with fresh basil leaves. Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
