Step 1:
From this recipe you will learn how to bake quick pies on kefir in the oven. We will need these products for the test. You can use any filling at your discretion.
Step 2:
Kefir with butter is heated to a warm state.
Step 3:
Add sugar, salt and mix.

Mix yeast with flour (flour must be sifted) and add to this mass. If the yeast is not fast-acting, but in granules, then they can be pre-diluted in 2 tablespoons of warm water and a little sugar for 15 minutes or use fresh yeast 30-40gr., but then add them to kefir with butter.
Step 5:
Mix everything.
Step 6:
We begin to pour the sifted flour in parts.
Step 7:
Mix every time.
Step 8:
Knead the dough, cover the bowl with a napkin and leave it in a warm place so that the dough fits (for about 20-30 minutes).
Step 9:
Pinch off a small piece of dough and knead it with your hands into a flat cake on a table sprinkled with flour.
Step 10:
Preparing the filling - I have two types.
Step 11:
Spread a tablespoon with a slide of filling in the middle of the tortillas.
Step 12:
We form pies, tightly pinching the edges.
Step 13:
We spread the pies on a baking sheet seam down and leave them to come up a little while the oven warms up.
Step 14:
Beat the yolks with a fork.
Step 15:
Lubricate the pies with a yolk using a silicone brush and send them to the oven.

Bon appetit!
A very successful recipe for the dough from which soft pies are obtained. This dough is prepared very simply and it is easy to work with. The output is a lot of products that can be cooked with different fillings for a variety. When I do this, I make pies of different shapes to know where the filling is. For example, I make cabbage pies more round, and with rice - more oblong. They are also delicious and with sweet filling, so take note of this recipe!
