Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 50 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a sweet pizza with fruit in the oven? Prepare the products. The pizza base can be made from any dough: puff pastry, yeast or shortbread. I like the latter option better — the pizza turns out to be softer and more tender. To prepare the shortbread dough, put the softened butter in a deep bowl and chop it with a knife. Instead of butter, you can use margarine, the dough will not be worse in quality.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add sour cream and sugar, a pinch of vanilla. Mix the ingredients until smooth.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pour in the sifted wheat flour combined with baking powder. Knead the dough. It is not necessary to knead the shortbread dough with your hands for a long time, otherwise the products from it will be hard. The main task is to collect the dough into a ball. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

As a filling for pizza, I used apples, strawberries, black currants, sea buckthorn, raspberries. You can take other berries and fruits that you have in stock. Berries can be used not only fresh, but also frozen. It is not necessary to defrost the berries before cooking.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

After a while, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a round layer according to the size of the mold, about 0.5 cm thick. Put the dough in a greased form, you do not need to make the sides.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put the washed and sliced apples on top of the dough.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Arrange the berries on top. You can grease the dough with cream cheese or sour cream, and then spread the fruit on top. But the sand base, in principle, does not require an additional liquid layer, it is soft in itself, but it is better to lubricate the yeast dough.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

To make the pizza with a crispy crust, you can sprinkle it with crushed chocolates and crushed shortbread cookies on top. You can also sprinkle chopped walnuts or other nuts on top, it will turn out even tastier and more fragrant.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the pizza in the oven for 25 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool down a little and cut into portions. Serve to the table, with tea, coffee or cocoa. Enjoy your meal!

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
