Step 1:
To prepare potato slices, you will need potatoes, vegetable oil, as well as salt and spices (it is advisable to use paprika, curry, turmeric, ground black pepper will work well, and granulated garlic will also give an excellent taste).
Step 2:
Potatoes can be peeled, or you can leave the skin, but in this case you should rinse the tubers well, preferably with a brush. Cut the prepared potatoes into slices.
Step 3:
Add vegetable oil, salt and spices.
Step 4:
Mix the potatoes with your hands so that the oil with spices is evenly distributed over the entire surface (you can put the potatoes with oil and spices in a bag and mix in the bag, then your hands will remain clean).
Step 5:
Put the slices on a baking sheet, putting them on rib. This will ensure perfect baking and uniform browning.
Step 6:
Put the potato slices in a preheated 190-200 degree oven. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. As soon as the slices are appetiingly browned and soft inside, take them out.
Step 7:
Ready-made potato slices baked in the oven, serve hot with one or more sauces.
