Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pork with potatoes in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them from dirt. Choose pork with a small amount of fat, then it will be juicier in the finished dish. I use pork neck for cooking.
Step 2:
The baking sleeve must be tightly tied on one side. For this purpose, special ties or clips are used, which are sold together with the sleeve. Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces and put them in a sleeve.
Step 3:
Peel and rinse the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into half rings, and the carrot into circles or cubes. Put the onion and carrot in the sleeve with the potatoes.
Step 4:
Then send the meat cut into pieces.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil over everything. Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste. As a spice, I use ground pepper, a little dried rosemary and basil.
Step 6:
On the second side, tie the sleeve tightly, releasing air from it. Mix all the ingredients in the sleeve thoroughly. Put the sleeve in a metal baking dish and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Focus on your oven.
Step 7:
At the end of cooking, you can cut the sleeve and let the dish brown a little in the open. Pork and potatoes are ready! Place on plates and serve hot! Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
In addition to pork, any other meat can be used in this dish. Keep in mind that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. For example, beef is cooked longer than pork, and chicken fillet or turkey is less.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
