Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We take the products according to the list. We will need half a chicken breast without a bone (so the calorie content of the dish will be less) or one chicken fillet. It is desirable that the meat is fresh and has not been pre-frozen by any of the methods. Therefore, ask in stores for the so-called "cooling". From fresh meat, the dish will turn out much tastier and healthier.
Step 2:
Rinse and dry the chicken breast, rub it with turmeric and put it in a small baking dish greased with sunflower oil. Let it stand for 20 minutes, marinate.
Step 3:
Preparing sour cream filling. To do this, mix sour cream with salt and nutmeg. You can add dried herbs to taste – dill, thyme. Garlic is cleaned and passed through a press or grated on a fine grater and also added to the sauce. Mix everything well until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 4:
Pour the sour cream sauce over the meat, trying to make the filling completely cover it – this is necessary so that it remains juicy during the baking process.
Step 5:
Now we are looking at how to bake chicken breasts in sour cream in the oven. And we will bake in two stages. To begin with, we send the form with the chicken to a preheated 180-degree oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 6:
Then we take out our dish and sprinkle it with grated cheese on top. Put back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 7:
Our delicious and hearty lunch or dinner is ready! Enjoy your meal!
