Cooking method
Chopped chicken cutlets in the oven are more useful cutlets than fried in a frying pan in oil. Therefore, it is better for children to cook them according to this recipe.
1. Chop the chicken fillet with a knife very finely.
2. Add egg, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper if desired.
3. Pan in flour or add flour to minced meat.
4. Shape the cutlets with a spoon and put them in a greased baking dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the cutlets for 30-40 minutes.
6. At the end, turn on the convection and brown the top of the cutlets.
Can be served with a side dish or vegetables. It is convenient to take such cutlets for a snack, make sandwiches.
