Cut peeled potatoes into slices. Chop the onion (added if desired) and mushrooms. Mix everything, add salt and pepper, add oil and spices.
Put the mixture into the baking sleeve and tie the ends, making pricks in several places with a fork. Bake in a preheated 190C oven for about 1 hour. The time depends on your oven.
Cut the sleeve, add the crushed garlic and mix. Let it brew for 5 minutes and then the mushrooms in the sleeve can be served to guests. Bon appetit!
