Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for potatoes with gravy in the oven. If the dish is prepared in the summer or during the harvest season, when the potatoes are young with a delicate thin skin, then the potatoes can be baked in the peel, after washing it and cutting it into slices.
Step 2:
If the potatoes are no longer young, with a hard skin, then they need to be cleaned and cut into large cubes.
Step 3:
Preparing mustard filling for potatoes. Garlic cloves are cleaned from the husk, we pass them through the press, finely chop with a knife or rub on a fine grater. Lemon is thoroughly washed with soap under running water. Grate the zest on a fine grater, cut off the top of the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Butter should be melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven and cooled.
Step 4:
Pour melted butter, vegetable oil, lemon juice, lemon zest into a bowl, add salt, crushed garlic, mustard, a mixture of dried herbs. Mustard can be used in powder or grain.
Step 5:
Mix. Put the cooked potatoes in a bowl, mix and let them marinate a little.
Step 6:
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet or baking dish. Pour the remaining gravy from the bowl over the potatoes on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes.
Step 7:
We focus on the work of our oven, the size of potato slices, new potatoes are cooked faster. Potatoes should be well browned on the outside, and soft inside, but you can't over-dry them.
Step 8:
