Cooking method
Knead the dough:
- in a deep bowl, sift the flour, break the egg, add salt;
- dilute cold water with sunflower oil, pour the mixture into flour;
- knead the dough that does not stick to your hands, soft and pliable;
- assemble the dough into a bun, put it in a bowl, cover with a cloth napkin and let it "rest" for about 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the minced meat:
- wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel;
- peel the onion, wash it, cut it into a couple of pieces;
- chop chicken fillet and prepared onion in a meat grinder;
- add salt, pepper and mix the resulting minced meat.
Prepare the fill:
- wash the mushrooms, cut into pieces;
- peel the onion, cut into small cubes;
- pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, fry mushrooms and onions on it for about 7-10 minutes;
- boil the water with the addition of salt.
While the water is boiling, return to the dough. Divide it into two parts, roll each thinly into a rectangular layer, generously smear the whole surface with minced meat, roll it into a roll. Cut the roll into pieces of about 5 cm (if there are a lot of cooked dumplings for your company, some can be frozen and cooked next time).
Put the right amount of dumplings in a baking dish (necessarily with a high side), put the prepared mushrooms and onions on top of the dumplings, pour hot water (adjust the amount of water yourself - it should almost cover the dumplings). Send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the dumplings for 30-40 minutes.
Serve the dumplings hot, adding your favorite vegetables.
Bon appetit!
