    Cut out the remaining dough into flat pieces and place them on the surface of the pie in the form of a lattice. Brush the cake with egg yolk. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 50-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

    The finished cake will turn an appetizing golden color. Remove the cake pan from the oven. Cool the pie in the mold so that the apple filling stabilizes.
