Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a curd pie with cherries in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take soft cottage cheese. For uniformity, it can be wiped through a sieve. Cherries can be used both fresh and frozen. The frozen one will need to be defrosted and the juice drained. I do not advise replacing butter with margarine in the dough. Shortbread dough in butter turns out to be soft and more crumbly. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
Step 2:
To prepare the dough, grate the solid butter on a grater, sprinkling it with flour. Before that, the oil can be kept in the freezer for a while. Then add baking powder, sugar to the bowl and mix everything to make a crumb.
Step 3:
Break an egg into a bowl and knead the dough.
Step 4:
The dough will quickly form into a lump.
Step 5:
To make a pie, use a detachable baking dish 18-22 cm. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment. Distribute the dough in the form, forming high sides at the edges. Prick the dough with a fork. Put the dough form in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6:
At this time, prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and sour cream in a bowl. Mix everything together.
Step 7:
Fill the cooled dough mold with the prepared curd filling.
Step 8:
Spread the cherry berries over the entire surface. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The finished cake will begin to brown. The filling will have time to grab. Remove it from the oven and cool completely.
Step 10:
Remove the mold from the cooled cake and transfer it to a plate.
Step 11:
Have a nice tea party!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
