Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make turkey rolls with stuffing in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Turkey fillet without bones is suitable for rolls. Take raw smoked bacon. You can use any cheese to your taste, the main thing is that it can be easily grated and that it melts well.
Step 2:
Cut the turkey fillet crosswise into 2 parts and beat off each part with a kitchen hammer. The meat is very tender, so when beating, cover it with cling film so that it does not tear at the edges. The beaten meat can be sprinkled with salt and spices and left to lie down for a few minutes.
Step 3:
At this time, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese. Finely chop the greens. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Combine grated cheese, herbs, garlic and mayonnaise. Mix everything together.
Step 4:
Put the cheese filling on the beaten meat, a little short of the edges.
Step 5:
Roll the turkey with stuffing into a roll.
Step 6:
Wrap the prepared rolls with bacon on the outside. Thanks to the bacon, the rolls will keep their shape and will not unfold when baking. Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Brush it with oil and lay out the prepared rolls.
Step 7:
Separately mix the cream with salt and spices.
Step 8:
Pour cream over the rolls and put them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The finished rolls will turn an appetizing golden color. They will be soaked in cream and spices. Arrange the rolls on plates, add any side dish and serve hot. Bon appetit!
