Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
So, first we cut the turkey fillet into portions. I cooked for three, respectively, and cut three slices about 1-1.5 cm thick
Step 3:
Then we put the meat on a cutting board (you can cover it with cling film) and beat it well with a special hammer or just a rolling pin
Step 4:
Salt the resulting chops on both sides, sprinkle with curry and ground paprika. We put the chops on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil
Step 5:
Now lightly lubricate the meat with mayonnaise (it can be easily replaced with classic yogurt or sour cream, but then add more salt to the meat). Spread pineapple rings on top of the mayonnaise. I got 2 pineapple pucks for each chop
Step 6:
Grate cheese on a coarse grater
Step 7:
And sprinkle them all over our dish
Step 8:
Now we remove all this beauty in the oven heated to 220 degrees and bake for half an hour. Since the meat is well beaten off, this time is quite enough for cooking, but it will definitely not have time to dry out. It is better to close the baking sheet with foil at the beginning of cooking, otherwise the cheese will dry out quickly. But in the last 5 minutes of baking, remove the foil so that the cheese turns golden
Step 9:
The dish turns out to be very beautiful, sunny, tender and delicious
Step 10:
You can decorate it with any vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
