Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make turkey chops with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose a chilled turkey fillet that has not been frozen. The meat will lose its juices after defrosting and will be dry after cooking.
Step 2:
Cut the turkey fillet into portions and beat off a little with a kitchen hammer. The meat is very tender. To prevent it from tearing when beating, cover the pieces with a sheet of food wrap. Sprinkle the beaten meat with a little salt and spices. But keep in mind that the salt will still be in mayonnaise and soy sauce.
Step 3:
Pour some breadcrumbs into a separate bowl and roll each chipped piece of meat in them.
Step 4:
Prepare any heat-resistant mold for baking. It can be metal, glass or ceramic, like mine. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and put the turkey pieces in breadcrumbs.
Step 5:
In a separate bowl, grate the cheese and add mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce to it.
Step 6:
Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 7:
Spread the beaten meat on all surfaces with the resulting cheese mass. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-35 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 8:
During baking, the cheese will completely melt and become browned. Remove the mold from the oven and serve.
Step 9:
You can supplement the chops with a side dish of mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
