Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. Peel potatoes, cut into strips, add salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil and mix.
2. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in it.
3. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Place onion rings on top of potatoes and add a little salt.
4. Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with spices for the chicken, add salt and mix well.
5. Put the prepared chicken fillet in a mold on a layer of onions, smooth it out.
6. Grate the hard cheese and pour evenly on a layer of chicken fillet. The cheese layer is liberally smeared with sour cream.
7. Put the mold with potatoes and chicken fillet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes, depending on the height of the mold and the thickness of the layers. The surface should be browned.
8. Before serving, carefully cut the top baked layer and place the potatoes with chicken fillet on plates.
