Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I want to offer you to cook a stunningly delicious and very simple dish in terms of ingredients. So, how to bake potatoes with mushrooms and chicken in the oven to make a masterpiece? To begin with, we prepare all the products on the list, immediately measuring their quantity and weight. I use a kitchen scale to measure my weight.
Step 2:
First of all, we prepare the fat. We cut it into small and thin squares or rectangles. I cut into pretty small pieces.
Step 3:
We cut potatoes into approximately the same slices, which are pre-washed, peeled.
Step 4:
Take the baking tray on which we will bake our dish, and put the fat on it first, and the potatoes on it. You should get an even layer. Next, we are engaged in mushrooms. They need to be cut and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil. We spread these mushrooms on potatoes also in an even layer without a slide.
Step 5:
After that we take the chicken fillet. Cut into pieces, as for chops. They should turn out to be medium-sized. We beat them off. After that, salt and pepper a little on both sides. Chicken chops are put on top of mushrooms.
Step 6:
For taste and aroma, I put pineapple on top. You can use canned pineapples. Cut them into cubes and put them on top of the chicken fillet. You can sprinkle the meat with pineapple juice.
Step 7:
We put potatoes with mushrooms and meat in the oven for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Five minutes before the end of the baking time, remove the baking sheet and sprinkle the meat with grated cheese. Put it back in the oven for five minutes. The cheese should melt.
Step 8:
This is the most delicious food you should get. Enjoy your appetite!
This dish tastes better fresh, as it includes potatoes, which may harden a little when cooled - this is due to the starch contained in it. Although you should not worry about this, because such yummy food will not stagnate for a long time!
