Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make minced meat with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese in the oven? Prepare the products. You can cook minced meat yourself from any kind of meat, or you can take it ready. Put the minced meat in a spacious bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add the chopped onion to the minced meat. Alternatively, you can grate the onion on a grater. Here, break one egg.
Step 2:
To taste, salt the minced meat and add a little spices. Ground pepper and dried herbs, such as dill or parsley, will be quite enough. Mix the whole mass well. It is convenient to do this with your hands.
Step 3:
Cover the baking tray with foil or baking paper. Brush it a little with vegetable oil. Divide the resulting minced meat into 4 parts and roll into balls. Put them on a baking sheet and press down a little to make tortillas. Make small indentations in the center.
Step 4:
Remove the canned champignons from the jar, drain the juice. Cut the champignons into pieces and put them in the middle of each meat nest. You can also use fresh mushrooms. They will need to be pre-fried in vegetable oil.
Step 5:
To prevent meat nests from falling apart when baking, wrap them around bacon. To make the dish more flavorful, it is best to use smoked bacon. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into rings. Put them in each nest.
Step 6:
Sprinkle the top of the nests liberally with grated cheese. Take natural, high-quality cheese, without vegetable fats. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Place the finished nests on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Note that canned mushrooms are often stored in stores with a violation of the temperature regime (above 25 degrees, especially in summer). This can lead to the development of bacteria that cause severe poisoning and botulism.
Signs of improper storage are: a swollen jar, cloudy marinade, air bubbles rising from the bottom of the jar, the presence of mold and an unpleasant smell. If at least one of the listed signs is detected, it is better not to use such mushrooms at all. If you are sure that the canned mushrooms were stored correctly, then you can use them without frying. In the case when there seem to be no signs, but you doubt it, it is better to fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown.
