Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 55 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to bake potatoes in a sleeve? Prepare the specified products. Choose potatoes of the same size, take medium-sized carrots. Celery is enough for one stalk, an onion of medium size. A mixture of herbs to taste, you can take ready-made, or you can add your favorite dry herbs. Dried tomatoes can be discarded altogether. Prepare the baking sleeve and turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash potatoes and carrots and peel them. Rinse again and dry. If the potatoes are being prepared for a family dinner, you can simply cut them into plates, for a more spectacular presentation, you can use a refilled knife (I took one). Cut the carrots into circles.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Wash and cut the celery. Peel the onion and garlic from the husk. Cut the onion into half rings, pass the garlic through the press.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Take the baking sleeve and put the prepared vegetables into it - potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and garlic.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add dried herbs and tomatoes, salt and ground black pepper to the package. When adding salt, keep in mind that it is also contained in mayonnaise, so as not to over-salt.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Lay out the mayonnaise and pour in the vegetable oil.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Mix the contents of the package so that the spices and mayonnaise are evenly distributed. Tie the bag or clip it with clips. Make several holes with toothpicks. Place the bag of potatoes on a baking sheet or baking dish in case it leaks. Place the mold in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature by your oven!

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Serve the finished potatoes with vegetables hot. This is quite a hearty dish and can act as an independent lunch (I do not recommend it for dinner). If desired, you can serve it as a side dish to chicken, meat. For such potatoes, offer a salad of fresh vegetables or homemade pickles.

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
