Step 1:
How to bake sea bass with vegetables in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Defrost frozen fish in advance at room temperature or better put it in the refrigerator overnight. Cherry can be replaced with ordinary tomatoes. If you choose vegetables of different colors, the dish will turn out brighter. Use any spices and spices as desired.
Step 2:

Wash the fish, dry it. Season the perch with salt on all sides, sprinkle with basil and rosemary, pour lemon juice.

While the fish is soaked in seasonings, prepare the vegetables. Lower the broccoli into boiling slightly salted water. Blanch the cabbage for no more than 1-2 minutes. Flip the cabbage on a sieve to drain the liquid.
