Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken cutlets with cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Break the loaf into pieces and pour cold water, let stand for 5-10 minutes. It is necessary to fill it with cold water, then the crumb will remain dense. From hot water, it turns into jelly, which is then almost impossible to squeeze out.
Step 2:
Wash and dry the fillets. Cut into pieces and chop in a blender or meat grinder with a fine grate. I prefer to punch with a blender, so the cutlets are more tender and dense at the same time.
Step 3:
Squeeze the bun, add to the skipped breast and grind again until smooth. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl.
Step 4:
Peel and finely chop the onion, add it to a bowl with minced meat.
Step 5:
Add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. If the minced meat is very dense, add a little water, then the cutlets will turn out more juicy. Mix everything together and beat the minced meat well to a dense, smooth state. To do this, collect the minced meat in your hand, lift it over the cup and throw it back. Do this 10-15 times. Divide the minced meat into equal parts.
Step 6:
Cut the hard cheese into long cubes. The cheese must melt well, otherwise there will be no effect of the resulting cheese.
Step 7:
Make a tortilla from each part of the minced meat with wet hands and put a piece of cheese in its center. Connect the edges and form cutlets.
Step 8:
Put the cutlets in the breadcrumbs and thoroughly pan.
Step 9:
Form all the cutlets like this.
Step 10:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay the cutlets on it.
Step 11:
Put a baking tray with cutlets in a hot oven and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Determine the exact time by your oven. Remove them from the oven and serve with any side dish or fresh vegetables.
Step 12:
Bon appetit.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
