Cooking method
1. Turn on the oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius for preheating.
2. Rinse chicken breasts of small size thoroughly under running water and wipe dry with paper towels. Carefully cut out the bones and trim the fat, if any. If the breast is large, then you can cut it in half, and one of the halves will be a portion for one person. Then put the washed and dried chicken meat on a work board and press it to the bottom with your hands, thereby making it a little flat.
3. In a separate clean container, mix all the spices and seasonings necessary for this dish - salt, ground black pepper, dry oregano and garlic powder. Mix all the ingredients together and add vegetable oil (you can use olive, corn, linseed, sunflower or any other as desired). Pour in a little lemon juice and mix well.
4. Rinse the green asparagus under water and dry it on a paper towel.
5. Cut 4 sheets of food foil of the same size and square shape.
6. Put a chicken breast in the center of each foil, put green asparagus next to it. Pour a mixture of spices and vegetable oil over the meat and vegetables. Rub the seasonings into the chicken breast. Put a slice of lemon on the asparagus. Then bend the edges of the foil up and wrap the meat with asparagus in a kind of bag. Do the same with all the other pieces.
7. Put the foil bags on a baking sheet and put them to bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until the meat is completely ready.
Ready-made chicken meat directly in foil can be transferred to serving plates and sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Bon appetit!
