Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the chicken in Arabic according to the list. The chicken should be divided into small portions, washed and dried. If the dish is prepared for a small number of people, then you can take only a chicken fillet or another part of the chicken.
Step 2:
Garlic cloves are peeled from the films and finely chopped with a knife or passed through a press.
Step 3:
In a bowl, pour a little water, vegetable oil, lemon juice, add a pinch of salt and ground red pepper, add the cooked garlic. Mix it up. We put the cooked chicken in the marinade, leave it for an hour.
Step 4:
Peel the onion, finely chop with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We warm it up, put the onion on it and pass it to a light blush.
Step 5:
Grate the hard cheese.
Step 6:
In a bowl, beat a chicken egg, beat it with a pinch of salt and ground pepper until smooth.
Step 7:
Add fried onions, melted and cooled butter and grated hard cheese to a bowl with a chicken egg, mix.
Step 8:
Marinated chicken is breaded in flour, then dipped in a bowl with egg mixture. We put the chicken in a greased baking dish. From above, fill the contents of the mold with the remains of the egg mixture.
Step 9:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We tighten the form with chicken with foil, put it in the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes. Then we remove the foil, put the chicken in the oven for another 5-7 minutes so that the cheese crust turns brown.
Step 10:
We serve the dish to the table hot. It is better to cook such a dish at one time, because after reheating it becomes less tasty and crispy on the outside. Bon appetit!
