Step-by-step cooking
Peel the fish, cut into steaks. Put each piece on foil and sprinkle with salt and spices to taste.
Peel the onion, cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put it on our fish. Wash the dill and finely chop it, also sprinkle it on top of the onion.
Wrap each piece in foil, and put it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
