The proposed recipe combines lemon juice, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ground peppers, sunflower oil, homemade ketchup from hot peppers, tomatoes and herbs. The ribs were pre-rubbed with this marinade and sent to the refrigerator for 4 hours, after which they were baked first under foil - without it, the pork inside may not be fried, and then dried and baked under the grill. This method makes it possible to get soft, juicy meat, easily separated from the bones. The marinade used makes pork fragrant and appetizing - your family will hardly wait for the long-awaited dinner, that's absolutely for sure!
