Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Let's prepare the products and start cooking zraz.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes. For faster cooking, potatoes can be cut into pieces. Cook the potatoes with the addition of salt until tender.
Step 3:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4:
Mushrooms are cleaned and cut into pieces.
Step 5:
Fry the onion in sunflower oil until golden brown.
Step 6:
Add mushrooms to the onion and continue to fry until the mushrooms are ready.
Step 7:
We turn the finished potatoes into mashed potatoes with the help of a pusher. Add the raw egg to the puree. The puree should be thick so that it can be formed into balls. To give the puree the desired consistency, we use flour.
Step 8:
Let's start cooking zraz. To do this, we form tortillas from 2 tablespoons of cooled mashed potatoes and put 1 teaspoon of mushroom and onion filling inside. Gently pinch the edges and give the desired shape to the zraza. Zrazy can be in the form of a ball, a flat cake or an oblong shape.
Step 9:
We spread the finished zrazy on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with sunflower oil. Bake zrazy in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 10:
Ready-made zrazy are served hot. Sour cream, mayonnaise or ketchup are perfect for such a dish. Bon appetit!
