Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Chicken fillet cut into pieces not very large. Pour the milk and let it stand for 1 - 1.5 hours so that the chicken becomes softer. In the meantime, we will prepare foil molds in which we will prepare our "Surprise". To do this, we fold the foil several times and put it on the bottom of the jar. I had a popcorn bucket like this.
Step 2:
Bend the edges so that the mold is even and remove from the jar. The molds are ready. By the way, you can bake Easter cakes in such forms. We put the forms on a baking sheet. Lubricate each mold with vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Cut the potatoes into circles and put them in a mold. Salt, pepper.
Step 4:
Next, lay the onion, cut into half rings.
Step 5:
Then comes the chicken fillet. Also salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6:
To pour into a plate, break the eggs, add mayonnaise and shake. Pour the filling over the chicken (2 tablespoons per serving). if the filling is not enough, make another portion.
Step 7:
Put a tomato circle on top. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Step 8:
And sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 9:
Decorate with herbs and serve to the table! Bon appetit!
Unfortunately, this recipe is not mine, from another site, but I really liked it.
