Potato lasagna with minced meat in the oven

Cook lasagna without dough! Very tasty and much easier! Potato lasagna with minced meat in the oven is a completely independent dish that can be safely served for dinner or lunch. For cooking, you can use both minced pork and combined or chicken. Ketchup in the recipe can be replaced with tomato paste or tomato sauce. It is very convenient to bake such lasagna in a detachable cake mold.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into thin circles, boil them in lightly salted water until ready, then very carefully remove them to the dish with a large skimmer.

2. While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, then spread the minced meat to the onion, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Cook the minced meat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add ketchup and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, and in the meantime grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

4. We line the baking dish with parchment, spread the potatoes in one layer, then spread part of the minced meat, level it, sprinkle with cheese.

5. Thus, we collect all the lasagna, and form the top layer not only from potatoes, but add the pre-prepared tomato circles so that it turns out in a staggered order.

6. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining cheese and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake the lasagna for 25 minutes.
