Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the cutlets. Beef is better to take young and fresh, tenderloin. The meat is washed under running water, dried and cut into small pieces.
Step 2:
We pass the meat through a meat grinder. Onions are cleaned and cut into pieces, which will pass freely into the meat grinder. And we pass it along with the beef through a meat grinder. Beef meat is quite dry, and to make the cutlets juicier and more tender, a crumb of white bread soaked in milk is added to the minced meat.
Step 3:
Combine the ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained, it is better to knead minced meat for cutlets with your hands. We drive in a chicken egg, mix it. It can not be added at will, but it still makes the cutlets more dense and tasty.
Step 4:
With our hands moistened with water, we form small cutlets from minced meat. To make them get a pleasant light blush on the outside, roll them in wheat flour. If you want the cutlets to turn out to be more useful and less high-calorie, and the appearance of the cutlets does not really matter, then you can not roll them with flour.
Step 5:
Spread in a greased baking dish with vegetable oil. In order not to wash the form after baking the cutlets, you can cover it with parchment and grease it with oil. We put the cutlets in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. After 20 minutes of baking, the cutlets can be turned over so that they are browned evenly on both sides.
Step 6:
