Pollock with mayonnaise carrots and onions in the oven

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare a simple set of products: fresh pollock, onions, carrots, mayonnaise and a little sunflower oil.
Step 2:
Pollock clean, gut, trim tail and fins. Cut the fish into portions.
Step 3:
Salt and pepper the fish.
Step 4:
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Step 5:
Add mayonnaise and mix well, rub the marinade into the fish.
Step 6:
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with sunflower oil, put thin slices of carrots. Put the fish on top of them along with the mayonnaise marinade.
Step 7:
Put it to bake in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees, tightening the edges with foil. At the end of baking, the foil can be removed and the fish sprinkled with grated cheese. And bake a little again.
