Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The dish is prepared very simply, it turns out to be satisfying and delicious. You can take any potato. If you take new potatoes, it is enough to wash them and cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. If you take old potatoes, then you need to peel and cut them. Pork ribs should be chosen with a minimum amount of fat, beef ribs can also be used, but then the cooking time should be increased.
Step 2:
Wash potatoes, cut into arbitrary pieces. Wash the pork ribs, dry them and cut them into portions. Cut the garlic into plates. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
Step 3:
Put all the ingredients in a baking sleeve, tie the sleeve or close it with clips, make several punctures on top to release steam. Place the sleeve in a heat–resistant mold and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 - 1.5 hours, depending on your oven. Ready potatoes with pork ribs are spread on a platter and served to the table, if desired, you can sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
Step 4:
Potatoes with pork ribs baked in the oven in the sleeve are ready! For a more detailed recipe, see the video. Enjoy your meal!
A long time ago, our ancestors cooked in the oven, and today we cook such dishes in the oven. Cooking in the oven has a number of advantages: this method of cooking is more useful than frying; baking in the oven does not require the constant participation of the cook. Recipes for the oven are very different: these are meat dishes, vegetable dishes, and mushroom dishes. We usually bake second courses in the oven. But confectionery recipes in the oven can also be prepared, of course. Different recipes tell you in different ways how to cook this or that dish in the oven. In some cases, in order to cook dishes in the oven, the oven must be thoroughly heated, in others it is not necessary to do this.
