Knead the steep dough and put it in a warm place. When the dough is suitable, we spread it on a board sprinkled with flour. We divide into pieces of about 300 grams, and roll them into balls. We put the ball on the board and, rotating with our left hand from ourselves, we make scar incisions along the edges. We also make incisions on a spherical surface. Then we press down the middle of the ball with our fist, and with our fingers we make out a thickness of about 3-4 cm along the edge. And in the middle - 1 cm. we prick the chekire and let it lie for 15 minutes under a towel, so that the dough is spaced. The front side of each tortilla is lubricated with oil.
We don't have a tandoor, so we bake in a hot oven at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes, greasing the sheet with oil.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information in the article about ovens here
