Step 1:
Prepare the products according to the list: cod, squash, onion, carrot, tomatoes, soy sauce, sunflower oil, dill seeds. I have cod in such a piece, you can immediately take the fillet.
Step 2:
Peel and thinly slice the vegetables.
Step 3:
In cod, separate the fillet from the bone.
Step 4:
Fillet cut into portions (2 per serving, the calculation of products is given for 1 serving). Marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and sunflower oil, adding fresh dill seeds, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5:
Put a layer of onions on a square piece of parchment, put carrots and zucchini on it, sprinkle with oil.
Step 6:
Lay the cod fillet on top. Add tomatoes.
Step 7:
Wrap the parchment in an envelope and send it to the oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is better to put the envelopes in a baking dish.
Step 8:
After the time has elapsed, check the fish and vegetables, and the readiness will be clear from the delicious aroma that has spread.
Step 9:
Serve baked cod fillets directly in envelopes, cutting off their edges. Additionally, put soy sauce, dill greens, oil on the table.
