Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary ingredients. I prefer to take pollock fillets, because I really don't like messing with bones, and it's more convenient for children to eat fillets! But for this recipe, a whole carcass is also suitable, just the cooking time will need to be slightly increased
Step 2:
Salt pollock fillets and sprinkle with a mixture of ground peppers or your favorite spices for fish
Step 3:
Cut the onion into thin half rings
Step 4:
Chop the dill
Step 5:
Mix dill with sour cream
Step 6:
Measure the foil of the desired length and put it in 2 layers, put the fillet in the middle
Step 7:
Spread the chopped onion on top
Step 8:
Lubricate with a mixture of sour cream and dill
Step 9:
Fold the foil into an envelope
Step 10:
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, if you took the carcass, then 40-45 minutes
Step 11:
Carefully, so as not to get burned, we open the foil. Our dish is ready!
Step 12:
Any side dish will do! I have mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
Be sure to cook this dish and you may wonder why you didn't cook it before!
