Red fish is a very useful product, it is rich in omega fatty acids, which are very valuable for the human body. They prevent the development of atherosclerosis, reduce cholesterol levels in the blood, regulate blood pressure, and have a positive effect on the entire immune system. The most popular and affordable types of red fish are salmon, trout, chum salmon, pink salmon. Any of the above fish is suitable for cooking the dish presented in the recipe. And in order to reduce the preparation time, it is proposed to buy a ready-made fillet. But this is not necessary, you can cut the fish into fillets yourself. Only this will take extra time.
1. So, the fillet of red fish is washed under running water. Dry with paper towels. Cut into pieces.
2. Prepare the sauce. To do this, pour the cream into a deep bowl. Here we also pour salt, red and black ground pepper.
3. My dill, dry it. Cut finely. Spread in the sauce. It is better if the dill is fresh. But for lack of it, you can use dried.
4. Add mustard after the dill, mix thoroughly.
5. Pour vegetable oil into the baking dish. We put pieces of red fish in it.
6. Fill the fish with cream sauce. For flavor, we additionally add pepper peas and bay leaf.
7. Bake the fish in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
We serve the fish on the table by pouring the sauce in which it was baked. Decorate to taste, for example, with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
