Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash chicken legs thoroughly under running water, removing the skin from them (everyone is well aware of the negative effects of cholesterol on the body, so I do not consider it necessary to leave it). Add salt on both sides to your taste, sprinkle with paprika, smear with mayonnaise, put in a container, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for a few hours for pickling. You can pickle it in the evening and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Wash fresh potatoes under running cold water, peel, cut lengthwise into 4 parts, put in a deep container, add salt to taste, season with paprika, odorless vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Step 3:
Grease a large baking tray or baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the pickled hams and potatoes. Put it in the oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. The oven can not be preheated.
I want to share with you a recipe that I am happy to prepare both for the arrival of guests and at home. Chicken legs are marinated in advance (even at night), because the longer they stand in the marinade, the tastier and juicier they turn out. When preparing this dish, it is better to use paprika, because it improves the appearance and taste of the finished dish - so I recommend using this particular seasoning (although you can replace it with black or a mixture of peppers). Fresh medium-sized peeled potatoes are cut lengthwise into four parts (if the potatoes are very large, then cut each part in half), so it looks more attractive and appetizing. Be sure to mix the potatoes with vegetable oil, so it will bake evenly. The finished dish is beautifully laid on pre-washed and dried lettuce leaves. Chicken legs baked in this way with potatoes will delight you with their taste! Try to cook according to this recipe - I am sure that you will not be disappointed and will be very satisfied with the result. I wish you a pleasant appetite!
