Cooking method
Preparing the products:
- mussels are removed from the refrigerator in advance, dipped in salt water and left in this form for several hours;
- remove the husk from the garlic, and then chop the garlic cloves with a knife;
- wash a piece of ginger root, dry with a paper napkin and finely chop;
- three cheese on a medium grater (it should be tasty and fragrant - this will make the dish even more refined and deliciously delicious);
- wash the parsley, and then put it on a clean dry towel to dry, then finely chop it.
Pour the specified amount of water into a large saucepan, add ginger to the same place. We put the pan on a high heat and bring its obsession to a boil. When this happens, put the mussels in boiling water and cook them for 1-2 minutes. After that, we throw the mussels into a colander.
Put a sheet of foil on the baking sheet, which we lubricate with a small amount of butter. We transfer the mussels from the colander to a sheet of foil.
Put a small frying pan on a slow fire, put butter in it and melt it. After we put the crushed garlic in the oil, stirring, fry it a little until light golden. Turn off the heat and add dried thyme and cayenne pepper powder to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly.
Take a tablespoon and use it to add the oil-garlic mixture to each mussel, distribute the mixture evenly over all seafood. Sprinkle the mussels with ground black pepper (preferably freshly ground pepper - it will be more fragrant this way) and delicious grated cheese.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 190 degree oven for 8 minutes. The cheese should melt during this time and acquire a beautiful golden crust. If necessary, the baking time can be increased by 1-2 minutes.
We spread the finished mussels on a beautiful dish and decorate with chopped parsley.
We serve our masterpiece to the table and enjoy!
