Step 2:
Cooking ORANGE - SOY SAUCE. Wash the oranges, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice. In the juice of 2 oranges, add 1 tbsp.l. brown sugar, 1.5 tsp.l. salt, 0.5 tsp. black pepper, whole zest, 4 tbsp.l. soy sauce and squeeze out 6 garlic cloves through a press. Mix everything well until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Step 3:
In a deep bowl, pour the sauce over the wings, mix and leave for a while while the oven heats up to 200 degrees.
Step 4:
Then put the wings in the mold in one row and pour the sauce, leave 1/3 of the sauce, it will be needed later. The form does not need to be lubricated. Put in a preheated oven t 200 deg. for 20 minutes.
Step 5:
After 20 minutes, turn the wings over, pour over the remaining sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. That's it, the wings are ready. But if you like wings drier, with a beautiful blush..
Step 6:
Put the wings in a barbecue dish or on a greased grill and let them fry.
Step 7:
Until a delicious blush on one side and on the other side for about 5-7 minutes. I cooked at an average level, the top-bottom mode. The time can be individual for different ovens, but no more than 45-50 minutes of the total time, otherwise the wings will dry out, and the extreme part will burn.
Step 8:
Serve the wings hot as an independent dish with sauce or with a side dish, vegetables..
Orange sauce is a very extensive topic. There are so many recipes, as well as dishes where it is used. These are sauces for poultry, meat, fish, sweet dishes.. or as a marinade.
