Wash the brisket and dry it with paper towels. Garlic is passed through a press. To prepare the marinade – mix the seasoning for meat, mustard, vegetable oil, salt and garlic. Rub the brisket well with marinade and send it to the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the brisket into it and send it to bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 1 hour. After cooking, cool the brisket to room temperature, and then send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Pork belly in mustard marinade baked in the oven is ready! Bon appetit!
