Step 1:
Choose only chilled ribs so that there is enough meat and, if possible, quite a bit of fat. They are usually sold as "grilled ribs". Prepare the meat. Be sure to wash with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly.

Cooking The Marinade. Finely grate the onion. Add 1/2 tsp dry. seasonings for pork, meat or barbecue, dry. adjiku, salt. A pinch dry. garlic and cilantro. Spicy or not, but adjika on tomatoes - 1.5 tbsp.l. Last pour in 2 tbsp.l. vegetable oil, mix well.

The meat turns out fragrant and juicy. Let it rest for 8-10 minutes, cut and serve hot with a side dish, vegetables. Or as an independent dish with sauce.
Meat in this marinade can be taken to nature and perfectly cooked on the grill.
