Step 1:
Cut the fillet into 30 identical pieces. Cut the onion into rings. Mix, add spices, salt, oil and mustard. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2:
While the meat is being marinated, we will prepare the potatoes. Squeeze out the garlic, mix with vegetable oil.Wash and cut the potatoes into 2 halves. Add salt to each half and spread with garlic mush.

Connect the halves and twist them into foil
Step 4:
We string the meat with onions on skewers and put it over a bowl of water so that the meat does not dry. For convenience, you can use a mesh from a steamer or 2 skewers. We also put the potatoes on a baking sheet and send them to bake at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Turn the meat over every 10-15 minutes.
