Step 1:

Step 3:
Cut apples into small cubes, mix with ginger and cinnamon.
Step 4:
Put a spoonful of dough on the bottom of the oiled molds, pour the apples.
Step 5:
Put another spoonful of dough on top. You can completely close the apples - then the filling will be juicier. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. The pancakes are not browned on top.
