Cooking method
Preheat the oven to 100 °C.
Mushrooms are cleaned, finely chopped. Onions with garlic are also crushed with a sharp knife.
Wash the meat, season with salt and pepper, fry in a hot pan on both sides with the addition of vegetable oil. Next, we send the entrecotes to the already preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
In a frying pan, fry the chopped shallots with garlic in the remaining oil, then add the mushrooms. Sprinkle the ingredients with flour, lightly fry and pour wine and cream.
Mix thoroughly, cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Remove the meat from the oven, put it on warmed plates. Pour mushroom sauce. A side dish of new potatoes and vegetables will be very useful for the entrecotes.
Bon appetit!
