Cooking method
First you need to wash the meat and cut it into layers. The optimal thickness is one centimeter. Next, we beat off the beef from both sides. To do this, you will need a kitchen hammer.
We put the meat in the prepared dishes, salt it, pepper it, add spices. The chopped onion is evenly distributed over the container. Fill beef with kefir and put it in the cold. In order for the meat to be well soaked in marinade, it will take 8-10 hours.
Seasoned chops are placed in a baking dish. The marinade is not poured out – it is also used in heat treatment. The container is covered with foil.
Beef is baked for an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. In order to give the dish a ruddy appearance, the chops are baked without foil for the last fifteen minutes of heat treatment. The dish is ready.
