Easy to prepare, very nutritious, and besides - delicious! I cook this dish from time to time, as my husband loves chicken necks. And no wonder - the meat on this part of the chicken carcass is soft, tender and has a very special taste. And pre-marinating adds amazing flavor and juiciness to the necks.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. Chicken necks washed and cleaned of streaks and fat should be marinated for an hour in a mixture of tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic powder and spices.
2. Marinated necks bake in the oven in a sleeve at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
3. A couple of minutes before the neck is ready, open the sleeve and bake in the open.
