Cooking method
1. Chicken necks washed and cleaned of streaks and fat should be marinated for an hour in a mixture of tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic powder and spices.
2. Marinated necks bake in the oven in a sleeve at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
3. A couple of minutes before the neck is ready, open the sleeve and bake in the open.
