Step 1:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the raw potatoes into slices. Cut the onion into half rings and shake it with your hands.
Step 2:
Add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Mix everything thoroughly with your hands, dividing all the potatoes and smearing each piece of chicken from all sides. Place on a baking sheet and close tightly with foil.
Step 4:
Bake in the oven at 250 gr. 1 hour under foil, then remove the foil and another 10-20 min.(depending on the power of the oven), so that a ruddy crust turns out and the excess liquid evaporates. If desired, for the beauty of the dish, you can sprinkle cheese and bake.
